Shortly after arriving at the Ark, you will be escorted to a private exam room, where your pet’s history will be obtained. Next, one of our veterinarians will introduce themselves to you and begin a head to tail physical examination of your pet. The veterinarian will review any findings with you and educate you on any recommendations. We always make sure all your questions are answered before leaving the room. The technician will review the medical care plan and associated costs with you. We will work with you to find the best plan that fits within your budget. Most treatments can be accomplished in the exam room, although there may be times your pet needs to go to the treatment area.  Before the end of your visit, we will see if you have any final questions and make sure you understand any at-home care instructions.
